This project includes 20 homes on a tract bounded by Florida, Elysian Fields, Frenchman
and Hope streets in one of New Orleans' most economically distressed communities.  The
homes are all three- or four-bedroom single-family  units with a market price ranging between
$110,000 to $150,000.  These infill housing units are expected to be a significant factor
in spurring economic revitalization in this community.
