 Part I: Byron J. Stewart & Associates worked with principal architect Sizeler Architects on the Master Plan of this project, along with architects Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates and master planning firm Wallace Roberts & Todd.

Part II: Building Design & Programming through Construction Administration. The project includes the design of a 1,500,000 square foot building with 538,000 square feet of exhibit space, 80 conference/meeting rooms, a 60,000 square foot ballroom and extensive public concourse area and food service area.
